- Check and monitor adherence to statutory compliances such as ESI/PF/GST/TDS.
- Examination and confirmation that contracts entered into are being strictly implemented and the contractual performance of the counter parties ensured.
- Examination and confirmation whether the company has a proper system of disposal of all letters received from Contractors/Developer/Consultants/ other agencies etc. and respond to the same timely, after taking requisite advice if any.
- Conducted detailed operational and legal due diligence of a leading real estate developer engaged in operation and management of mall in Central India which involved review of all corporate leases, ownership documents and labour law and real estate compliance as well as review and identification of onerous areas on the developer.
- Advised Banyan Tree Finance Private Limited and conducted due diligence exercise in relation to licenses and approvals required for setting up the biomass power project in Punjab in relation to investment to be made by its client in an entity inter-alias engaged in engineering services;
- Advised a leading international hotel chain in conducting a detailed audit of its licenses and compliances obtained for running a hotel in the star category.
